Basswood with walnut frames

I did these pieces as a story line. In the left scene you see the young woman has come home to find her home destroyed and her husband dead. You can see the dragon flying off in the distance. In the center scene the wizard is praising the dragon for a job well done. The third scene (right) depicts the young woman at the sacrificial post with her husband’s sword trying to entice the dragon from it’s cave to kill it. You can see by her face that she is half crazed with rage and determination.
